The location here is absolutely mind-blowing! Right next to the Cathedral and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. The reception girl speaks Russian and English perfectly, making communication a breeze. Although the breakfast is more of a small sandwich and a hot drink, it's still a nice little treat in the morning. The staff, while their English may not be the best, are incredibly helpful and try their best to assist. Laundry service is available at a reasonable price. The best part is that it's close to the center of the old town but tucked away from all the noisy streets. Ben, one of the staff members, was super helpful and arranged fantastic tours for us to Sapa and Halong Bay. They even let us leave our backpacks in between tours and offered showers, dinner, and water free of charge. it was a jaw-dropping experience at this hostel and we will definitely recommend it to our friends!

I had a fantastic stay at Light Hostel! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even invited me to join their family for dinner. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything but without the noise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast options were simple but delicious. I highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Hanoi.

I recently stayed at the Light Hostel for a week during my trip to Hanoi. The location was perfect, close to the center of the old town but away from the noisy streets. The room at Hanoi Light Hostel was cozy and welcoming with a relaxed ambiance. It made me feel right at home, which was exactly what I needed during my business trip.

Personally, I found the bathroom to be a bit cramped, but hey, that's just my opinion. Others might still find it perfectly fine.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even inviting all the guests to a delicious dinner. the location was also a highlight, offering both convenience and a quieter atmosphere compared to the busy city center. the room we stayed in was new and clean, providing a comfortable and modern space for our romantic escape.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the bed sheets were not clean and seemed to have not been changed from the previous guests.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Room better than UK hotels - spacious and clean. Convenient location, close to tourist area. Good wifi and hot showers. Would stay again.
